MAKING THE TRANSITION FROM SCHOOL TO HIGHER INSTITUTION.

-making the transition from school to university is no an easy things to me.moreover as in this pandemic .our batch which is batch 02 need to attend all class by online.all the tutorial ,assignment ,quiz and anything we must do it by ourself.it is because we dont get face to face our lecturer ,our friends.so the things become even harder.but it is such a good experience for us to be more independent.with all the tips that i had learn in this subject.my life become easier than before.

TIPS BEFORE YOU ATTEND TO COLLAGE

 Believe that college is the right decision for you.

- dont give up too soon everyone has their own ability in learning.just give a try and dont be overconfident either overinsecure

 Make academics your top priority

- you need to smart balance yourself with acedemics and cocoriculum or any activities club or something.if you think you are not fastt learner you are not suppose to participate in any activities.its not mean that you cant join any activities but balance yourself.make sure academic is priority.

 Take a light course load your first semester. 

-Many college freshmen think that taking fi ve or six classes will be as easy as it was in high school. However, they don’t realize how much time they will be expected to spend on each course outside of class. 

DO ICE BREAKING

-the most important things to do after get in into collage we must do ice breaking session to make the thing between students less akward.as for the example we can ask about their full name,ambition,course,live,and the reason why they choose to get in this university.the more we know about each other the closer our relationship is.but as for us which is we must odl.we still get to know each other through media social.as for me even my class never get to meet each other but we build a good relationship.

 

HOW LEARNING SYLE CAN ENHANCE YOUR PERFOMANCE YOUR STUDY

so what is learning style and how can you apply this concept in your study.

 

 VISUAL

if you are visual style.you learn best by seeing things.

-you must read a chapter ahead of time.so that you will more undersand.

-you must look lectureri

 face in class

-sit infront in the class

-taking note when your lecturer give a speech

 AUDITORY

if you are auditory style .you learn best by hearing information.

-you must alert when your lecturer start his class.

-you need explain what you understand to yourself.

  KINESHETIC

if you are kineshetic style.you learn best by doing things.

-you must active in your class.

-you must do practical a lot

-do a lot of homework must be affective for you.

 

 CHARACTERITIES OF SUCESSFUL STUDENT

 

ATTEND ALL CLASSES

this is the first step  of being succesful student.this is very important because with attend to all class you never miss out information from your lecturer.but dont be late to class.

 BECOME AN ACTIVE LEANER

lecturer will more happy and excited to teach if the student active to ask and answer all he question.

 BRING BOOK AND ALL THE IMPORTANT TO THE CLASSES

no book no pen is one cause of failure.so bring all the important stuff to your class.

 RECOGNIZE YOUR LECTURER

we must know our lect name before start learn from them.this shown how much we respect them

 DO STUDY GROUP

i think most of effective learning is make study group.go find a function friend and study together.you can disscuss all subject and topic you dont understand and get help from them

 STAY UP ON MIDNIGHT TO STUDY

stay up to study not for stream movie or something.but please make sure get enough rest.enough rest mean 8 hour of sleep.

 FLEXIBLE

in learning we must try one by one all learning style to find what we good and fit in.

 NO DISTRACTION

go find a quiet and comfortable place to study to make you alert and focus on what you study.
