Procrastination is tendency to delay or unreasonably pospotne a task. this habit might give bad effect to ourlife if we dont change this habit.


 WHY PEOPLE HAVE PROSCRATINATE SYNDROM?

-lazy is key of failure.simple

feeling overwhelmed 

-we must always remind ourselves that there are more people that are greater than us

being a rebellious

-being rebellious will make us loss any opportunity in our life,

Being a perfectionist  

-it is okay to be perfectionist but in good way

avoiding failure

-no failure no succes.if we scare to face the challenge so we never get to feel success

-this is the reason why we need motivation.we need inspiration and write down in our diary "what we want to achieve"
